领主和大师破解版(mod) MOD APK
Nintendo have a long history with VR, jumping into virtual reality with both feet all the way back in 1995 with a 3D virtual reality console called the Virtual Boy. It was truly ahead of its time.

Unfortunately, it was too far ahead of its time and gave most customers headaches and severe virtual reality sickness. So it sank largely without a trace, a punchline to a thousand jokes.

Luckily, this underdog story (because I'm decided it's an underdog story, involving Nintendo and their poor unloved Virtual Boy headset) has a positive twist in the tale.

The-King-of-Spain, sadly the name of a redditor and not an actual Spanish monarch, has created a Virtual Boy emulator for Samsung Gear VR and Google Cardboard which makes the games not just playable, but enjoyable.

He took to Reddit to share his thoughts: "After about 30 minutes of play time, I'm not experiencing any of the Virtual Boy's trademark motion sickness.

There's also something to be said for playing the games in grayscale instead of the headache-inducing red," he wrote. If you want to try it yourself, and you've actually got the console and games you want to play to cover yourself legally, he's provided detailed instructions in his Reddit post.

Once you do, you'll get promoted to work on the next floor of the towering skyscraper it all takes place in.

Apparently, each level represents a year, so it seems likely that the game is an appropriation of the corporate ladder, i.e. you use your workers and get closer to the top.

Perhaps it's a cynical take on the dog-eat-dog world of business. It being called Human Resource Machine certainly alludes to that.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to tell quite yet as we don't have more information about the game to go on. But Tomorrow Corporation says more is to come very soon.

Oh, and if you need reminding, you'll probably know Tomorrow Corporation for its previous puzzle adventure Little Inferno.

Or, if not that one, you surely know about World of Goo. That's one of the games that the people at the studio worked on before at 2DBoy.

So we can hopefully expect for Human Resource Machine to be just as interesting as those two puzzle games are. We'll let you know more about it once we get the info.

Oculus Rift has really struggled to meet its launch targets.

At first, it seemed like the company hadn't built enough to meet demand, but then it was later reported that it was missing several parts and so there was a delay in the manufacturing process.

However, a new rumour has surfaced today from Taiwan which casts a much darker shadow on the proceedings.

DigiTimes Research has suggested that the reason the headset has suffered from horrendous delays is because there are issues with its key component, the Fresnal Lens.

Oculus adapted the lens, allowing it to maintain high-end performance while also shrinking the optics. However, there are suggestions that Oculus us struggling to replicate this in mass quantities, leading to further delayis

The lenses are apparently susceptible to cracks, so extra care must be taken when putting them together. As a result, there are suggestions that there could be further delays, meaning some pre-orders may not be fulfilled until August.

Considering the Fresnal Lens is a core part of the headset, if these issues cannot be resolved, it's possible the headset may also need a redesign, which could set things back even further as new components may not work with existing hardware.

Of course, this is still a rumour and it remains unconfirmed, but it would go a long way to explaining some of the issues Oculus seems to be having over the past few weeks.

If there is a further delay, could Oculus be running the risk of taking itself out of the VR race altogether? Especially with HTC Vive pretty much having the market to itself, and Playstation VR only a few months away.

&#;"Well, James Matthew is a name that will wear well and not fade in the washing," said Miss Cornelia. "I'm glad you didn't load him down with some highfalutin, romantic name that he'd be ashamed of when he gets to be a grandfather. Mrs. William Drew at the Glen has called her baby Bertie Shakespeare. Quite a combination, isn't it? And I'm glad you haven't had much trouble picking on a name. Some folks have an awful time. When the Stanley Flaggs' first boy was born there was so much rivalry as to who the child should be named for that the poor little soul had to go for two years without a name. Then a brother came along and there it was--`Big Baby' and `Little Baby.' Finally they called Big Baby Peter and Little Baby Isaac, after the two grandfathers, and had them both christened together. And each tried to see if it couldn't howl the other down. You know that Highland Scotch family of MacNabs back of the Glen? They've got twelve boys and the oldest and the youngest are both called Neil--Big Neil and Little Neil in the same family. Well, I s'pose they ran out of names."
